Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure a smooth transaction experience at Rummy Gold.

• Deposits: Once a deposit is successful, it cannot be cancelled. However, it can be used to play games.
• Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank but not added to the app, it will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
• Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal is processed to your bank/UPI, it cannot be reversed.
